Mahzaa reserves the right to correct any errors related to pricing or product details.

3. Orders & Acceptance

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. This does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

Mahzaa reserves the right to:

Cancel orders due to stock unavailability
Cancel orders due to pricing errors
Cancel orders suspected of fraudulent activity

If payment has been made and the order is canceled by us, the amount will be refunded.

4. Payment Terms

We offer the following payment options:

Prepaid (full payment through the website)
Partial COD (advance payment through the website, balance at delivery)

Full Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

You agree to provide accurate payment details. Mahzaa is not responsible for payment failures due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 4–5 working days.
Delivery is completed within 10–12 working days from the date of ordering.

Delivery timelines may vary due to location, public holidays, or courier delays.

6. Return & Exchange

Mahzaa does not offer returns or exchanges once the order is confirmed and delivered.

Customers are requested to carefully review size, product details, and shipping information before placing an order.

In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with proper unboxing video proof.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and designs, belongs to Mahzaa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
